Poly Playset Limited Warranties

All products are guaranteed for two years against defects in manufacturer's workmanship to the original purchaser. Vinyl lumber and poly decking each carry a limited lifetime warranty against termites and fungal decay that would make the material structurally unfit for the use for which it was intended. The manufacturer's products are not warranted as being suitable for a particular purpose. The suitability of the product is for the purchaser to determine. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain the product, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. The manufacturer makes no other warranty expressed or implied. For safety and comfort reasons, the manufacturer reserves the right to make design and construction changes without notice.
